Overview:


This article will guide you on how to access your Outlook's junk folder and at the same time, classify junk emails and reclassify junk emails that shouldn't be there.

  • Setting emails as "Junk"
  • Setting emails as "Not Junk"


Setting emails as "Junk":


Sending emails to your Junk folder will only remove the email for your inbox. If the email is considered harmful, please report using Ironscales: Report Phishing with Ironscales : S+H Technology Systems



  1. Login using your S+H or Synexus email
  2. Select email you want to mark as spam
  3. Right Click and hover over Junk
  4. Select the Block Sender Option to send to Junk Folder:

Setting emails as "Not Junk":


  1. Login using your S+H or Synexus email
  2. Find your Junk Email folder, within the left menu tab:

  3. Right click the email you wish you reclassify, go down to Junk. Select "Not Junk". Selecting them as not Junk will help Microsoft classify these emails correctly so that they do not repeatedly land in the Junk folder.
