Overview:
This article will show users how to access their Mimecast Archive Folder. and also view inboxes from individuals that were assigned to the user.
- Opening Mimecast Archive Search
- Switching to different Account
Opening Mimecast Inbox:
- Open Outlook
- Click on the Mimecast Tab and open the Search.
- Mimecast for Outlook should open up in a window and you should be able to see your username and Archive folder.
- Nothing will appear once you first open, you will need to search in order to find an Archived Email. Emails are automatically archived, up to five years.

Please note you must hit Enter or select the magnifying glass icon for your search to appear.

Switching to different Account:
- Start on the home screen of the Mimecast for Outlook window and click on your account name
- Your account information should pop up and you will be able to see different accounts and delegate accounts that you can view.
