Requirements:

  • Active internet connection
  • Access to Outlook
  • Smith & Howard network account & password


Right click on the email to report the message as spam. Emails you mark as Spam are preference based on what you would like to see in your Main Inbox.


Examples of things that can be spam are

  • News Letters
  • Product Update emails from Vendors
  • New Service Offers
  • External Marketing Content



 


You can then delete the email. As you continue reporting what is SPAM, Microsoft will learn to categorize these emails better based off your preferences.
