Overview: Instructions on how to log into the time management system remotely




Entering time remotely

       When entering your time into practice when not on the network you will have to log into the remote practice webpage. (NOTE: You will want to do this in Internet Explorer)


1. Click the Firm bookmark folder in Internet Explorer


   


2. Select Practice CS Remote


     


3. Click on Practice CS


   


4. If the window below pops up, Click on Connect at the bottom. It does not always happen.


     


5. It will open a window with Practice CS, for "Open Firm" select "SmithandHoward". Log in with your Practice CS StaffID and Password

NOTE: If you do not know your Practice CS password or StaffID then contact Shannon Mantovani ([email protected]) as IT is unable to assist with this issue


     


6. Once you're logged in, you can enter your time normally.


Note: Outlook will not sync up with the remote practice application

Note: Upon exiting the application you will be prompted with a pop up window asking about email you can simply click OK and EXIT
