Overview


Zoom Workspace allows you to reserve conference rooms and open desks directly through the Zoom app. 

 

  1. Open the Zoom Workplace app, and navigate to the Workspaces tab.
  2. Once the Workspaces tab is open, you should see your office layout. If not, you will need to switch locations at the top of the map, to the right of the time.
  3. Once you have the correct layout, determine the room/desk you would like to reserve, then click on it. A new window will pop up to confirm your reservation. It will automatically be set to start immediately, but you can change the start time to reserve in the future. By editing, the meeting can be repeated to set up reoccurring meetings.


     If a spot is unavailable, it will show up as red if it is a conference room or show the initials or profile picture of the person that has it reserved.
  4. If your reservation starts immediately after creating it, you will be automatically checked in to the spot and are good to go. Otherwise, you will need to check in and confirm that you showed up for your reservation. Open “My reservations” in the top right of map, then check in within +/- 30 minutes of your reservation. If you do not check in within that time frame, your reservation will be voided.
