Caseware Connector | Excel Error

Requirements:

  • Company Issued Laptop
  • Excel

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to fix the following Error. This will appear once Excel is Launched.



Solution:

  1.   Launch Excel, select OK on the pop-up window. 
  2. Select File, then Options in the bottom left-hand side. 
  3. In the Excel Options window, select Add-ins. Next, select under the Manage section select Excel Add-ins then select Go. 

  4. A new window will appear Uncheck any item listed as CW Connector or CWProto Connector. Once complete select OK.
