This article will go through the steps to do the following:

  • Troubleshoot the frequent login prompts experienced when using the DataSnipper add-in


Clear Excel Cache:

  • Launch Excel
  • Click File > Options
  • In Excel Options > Click Save > Scroll down to Cache Settings > Click Delete cached files
  • In new popup prompt, select Delete Cached Files to confirm
  • Click OK
