Requirements:

  • Remote desktop on the Local Machine
  • S+H Credentials
  • RDP Assignment (Request from Technology) 

Overview:


Section 1: Please verify the following things before switching to the New System

Step 1:  Logged in to the current Virtual machine and checked all files saved to OneDrive, as shown below


Step 2: On the user's old computer, open CaseWare Working Papers.

 In the blue bar to the left, press Revoke License as shown below


        A new window will open with the options for:

  • Automatic Revocation 
  • Manual Revocation 

-  Keep the Automatic Revocation ticked and press Next.

-  Press Next again, and a message saying the license has been revoked will appear.

- CaseWare's license on the old machine is successfully revoked.

Section 2: After logging into the New System, please verify the following things

 

Step 1: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive Sign-in





Step 2: check Adobe Preferences, followed by the link below

Step 3:  CW Papers License registration. Please follow the steps below     



Step 4: Make sure the below Add-in is verified in Microsoft Excel
