How to Access Status Gator:

  1.   Status Gator can be accessed from the Firm Bookmarks > Tech Folder > Cloud Service Status
  2.   Direct link to Status Gator: S+H StatusGator Dashboard


Status Meanings:

 

  1. Whether it's a critical outage or performance degradation, StatusGator detects issues early so you can act swiftly and avoid costly downtime. This feature ensures you have all the information in those critical moments at the start of an outage.
  2. Early Warning Signals are indicated by color: 
    1. Green = Service is up (Up)
    2. Yellow = Potential Issue (Warn)
    3. Red = Likely Issue (Potential downtime)


How to Report Service Outages:

 

  1.  If you experience any issues that aren't reflected on the status page, you can report them by clicking the flag icon next to the specific service.
  2. You can also optionally include a description of the issue.


How to Subscribe to Updates:

 

  1.  In the upper-right corner, click the Subscribe to updates button. Choose whether you want to subscribe to updates for all services or specific ones.
  2.  Enter your email address, confirm your subscription using the email sent to you, and you're all set!
