Overview:


Zoom AI Companion is a generative AI assistant designed to enhance productivity and collaboration. Meeting hosts can use it to generate and share AI-created summaries of their meetings. When this feature is enabled, participants may automatically receive these summaries via email.

Turning on Zoom AI Companion:

  1.   By default, Zoom AI Companion is not on. You can turn it on in the meeting by clicking the AI Companion  icon. Participants will be notified when this feature is enabled.  



Control who receives the meeting summary:

 

  1.  The host manages who receives the summary at the start of the meeting. 


How to access the meeting summary:

 

  1.  The summary is automatically shared with the host and cane be shared with other participants by email. 
  2. The Host can also access summaries in Zoom.us. From there you can send a direct link to specific people. Click this for the direct link: Summaries - Zoom
