This article is designed to show you how to link a network drive when it is no longer showing up for you


Before Linking a Drive

  1. Ensure that if you are connected to the VPN.


Linking a Drive

  1. Open File Explorer and navigate to "This PC" in the sidebar.
  2. Open the "Computer" tab at the top of File Explorer. Select "Map Network Drive."  If you have Windows 11, you will need to select the three dots at the top of the task bar, then select "Map Network Drive". 
  3. In the new window that opens you will need to put in the drive letter and the drive path. Reference this table for the network drive you are trying to add.

    For the Z drive, your username is the first half of your email, before @.

  4. Press finish and the drive will link.
