This guide will guide S+H users how to add a manual Signature in Outlook. 

Note: Please only add a manual signature if it is not automatically populating from the Outlook Exclaimer add-in. 

  • How to Add a New Signature 


How to Add a New Signature:

  1.  Find your signature from a previous email and Copy your signature. 


  2. Create a new email and within the Home riboon Include, select Signature, and then choose Signatures

  3. Replace or create an exisitng signature. Make sure to save and select it as a new default

  4. Close the draft and create a new email,
