CaseWare Working Papers Code Registration Renewal

Requirements:

  • Firm-issued laptop with CaseWare Working Papers installed and activated
  • CaseWare Registration Code


Overview:



This article will walk S+H members through re-registering CaseWare when met with a " There are ** days remaining until the software expires" prompt when launching CaseWare Working Papers. 



The following registration codes will be used for registration as of 10/31/2024: 

  • DC26838C9D9AA127ABB8
  • D46ACB64F1A33627F0FC


Registering CaseWare Working Papers with new registration code 

  1. Open CaseWare Working Papers to be met with the "days remaining until the software expires." popup window
  2. Select Register Now
  3. On the Welcome to the Registration Wizard screen, there will be an Authorization Code window. Copy (Ctrl + C) and Paste (Ctrl + V) the new registration code into this window. The Name and Email Address field should already have your information entered, if not you can enter this information into this window.
  4. Once the Authorization Code is entered into the window, click Next. 
  5. On the Select Registration Method screen, Register automatically over the internet should be selected by default. When this registration option is selected, click Next.
  6.  The Automatic Registration screen will process the registration and once finished will return with a Registration completed successfully message.
  7. Click Finish once the successful registration prompts and proceed with your CaseWare Working Papers experience!
