Section 1: Connecting To Guest Wi-Fi
- Open the Wi-Fi menu on the device you want to connect. On Windows computer, it will be the Wi-Fi icon in the bottom right of the screen. In this case the Wi-Fi icon will look like a globe.
- From the Wi-Fi options, Find "SHVisitor". Click on it, then click connect.
- You will be prompted for a password for SHVisitor. The password is WelcomeMOU21
- After connecting to Smith+Howard Guest, open your web browser and go to https://smith-howard.com/. If the website loads, you have connected to the guest internet. If not, move on to troubleshooting.
Section 2: Troubleshooting
- Confirm that you are trying to connect to "Smith+Howard Guest". You will not be able to connect to "SHSecure" or any of the other protected networks.

Double check the capitalization and no space when typing "WelcomeMOU21".
Section 3: Disclaimers
- As a guest you may stay connected for up to 8 hours at a time per device
- You may re-register as a guest as many times as needed on as many devices as desired
- This is not a protected or filtered connection, please use at your own risk
- This is a shared connection, so please be aware that a large number of users on the system may significantly slow down speeds and affect services such as video, audio or VPN services.
