To ensure your Zoom meeting is properly setup in a meeting room, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to your Zoom meeting and start the meeting
2. Right click on the "Participants" tab
3. Click "Invite"

4. Click the "Zoom Rooms" tab on the pop-up
   • 
     
5. Select your meeting room and click "Invite"
   • 
     
6. Upon inviting the meeting room to your meeting, the tablet in the meeting room should ring as displayed below
   • 
7. Accept the call to join the meeting through the room tablet
8. Adjust meeting settings through the tablet as desired
