Overview:


This article will guide users on how to re-add the RSM Audit template to be able to create Client files for Assurance


Re-adding the RSM Audit template:

  1.   Start within Caseware in which you will create the New RSM file.
  2. On the bottom left corner navigate to the "Add Template" link highlighted in blue. A file explorer window will appear 

  3. Once the window appears navigate to the following filepath: C:\Program Files (x86)\CaseWare\Document Library\RSM Audit and then open the RSM Audit File displayed

  4. The RSM Audit file should now appear, and you will be able to create your file
