Overview:
This article is designed to help you navigate your Calendar permissions so that you can share calendar permissions to multiple users, and even delegate access to certain users.
- Delegating permissions to other users
Delegating permissions to other users:
- Open Outlook and navigate to the calendar view. Once within Calendar view, select the "Share Calendar" button located on your Home ribbon
- A Calendar Dropdown should appear where you can select your Calendar
- A new popup will appear and show all permissions and users/groups you are sharing with. You will select the "Add" option to delegate a new user/group
Note: "My organization" is managed by IT - Another prompt will appear with an address book for you to navigate. Search for the user/group you want to give access to and "Add" them to the list. Make sure to submit your selection by selecting "OK"

Note: To share to a "broadskypartners.com" address, enter the email address manually in the "Add" field and then select "OK".
- Once you have added them they should appear in the Name and Permission Level Window. Select the new user/group and manage the permissions in the lower section. Once you have selected a Permission Level; select the "Apply" button in the bottom right corner.

Note: When delegating to a "broadskypartners.com" address, the only permissions that can be given are "Can view when I'm busy"
