  • Delegating permissions to other users

Delegating permissions to other users:

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the calendar view. Once within Calendar view, select the "Share Calendar" button located on your Home ribbon

  2. A Calendar Dropdown should appear where you can select your Calendar

  3. A new popup will appear and show all permissions and users/groups you are sharing with. You will select the "Add" option to delegate a new user/group
Note: "My organization" is managed by IT
  4. Another prompt will appear with an address book for you to navigate. Search for the user/group you want to give access to and "Add" them to the list. Make sure to submit your selection by selecting "OK
  5. Note: To share to a "broadskypartners.com" address, enter the email address manually in the "Add" field and then select "OK".

  6. Once you have added them they should appear in the Name and Permission Level Window. Select the new user/group and manage the permissions in the lower section. Once you have selected a Permission Level; select the "Apply" button in the bottom right corner.
  7. Note: When delegating to a "broadskypartners.com" address, the only permissions that can be given are "Can view when I'm busy"
