In this article we will be going over how to get started using eFax Corporate
Signing In to eFax Corporate
1. Go to https://www.efaxcorporate.com/myaccount/ssologin
2. Enter your S+H, S+HWM, or Synexus Tax email and click Login

Receiving Faxes
All faxes will go to your email. You can also check through the eFax Corporate site.

Q – What about receiving faxes?
A – Your incoming faxes will be delivered to your email inbox.
Q – Do I have to use the Zoom app to send a fax?
A – No, you will also have the option of using the website. See the “Sending a Fax”.
Q – What if I have additional questions or would like additional training?
A – As always, the Help Desk is available, and we will be updating our Frequently Asked Questions list as more questions come in. We will also be hosting Q&A session on Zoom.
Q – Are FaxSIPit and eFax Corporate different?
A – “No”, there is a difference in the product line and corporate names. The Zoom app and branding inside the body of emails will be displayed as FaxSIPit but the sender will be displayed as eFaxCorporate.
Q – Do I need to do anything in advance?
A – No, the FaxSIPit app will automatically be added to Zoom Desktop and the Firm folder in Edge. After your fax number has been moved, your account will be activated and you can resume faxing. The Technology Operations Team will send a message confirming when the number move and account activations are complete.
Q – What if I have trouble sending or receiving faxes on or after June 9th?
A – Please reach out to the Helpdesk. The Technology Operations Team will be able to assist you with either sending or receiving your faxesShould you run into any issues or need assistance, please contact the help desk.
