Overview:
This article will walk you through accessing your phone settings on the web portal for Zoom.
These include the following

- Call Handling
Accessing Phone Settings:

First Open this link: Settings: https://zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/myZoomTelephony#/my-cloud-phone/settings
- This should open your web browser on your current device which you will be prompted to sign in.
- NOTE: Once signed in it may prompt you to setup a pin to access voicemail if you haven't already. Set a PIN that you WILL REMEMBER
- You will know you are in the correct dashboard if it looks similar to the screenshot below
- There are different features that you can edit within your Phone Settings on Zoom that range from Call Handling, Delegation, and many other features. I will go over a few in the steps below
Call Handling:
- Call Handling can be found within the Phone Settings and should look like the following
- Here you can change your Business Hours, Closed Hours, and Holiday Hours.

Business Hours - Click Edit to change the times when you can answer calls.
- Call Handling - Click Edit to customize how calls are routed during the specified Business Hours.
- Max Wait Time - The maximum wait time before the call is handled as specified in the setting below (When a call is not answered)
- When a call is not answered - Select how unanswered calls are handled during business hours.

Closed Hours - These are hours outside of the Business Hours

Call Handling - Click Edit to customize how calls are routed during Closed Hours
- NOTE: If you turn on call handling your Zoom Phone will ring, so leave it off for calls to follow the When a call is not answered settings instead of ringing.

Call Handling - Click Edit to customize how calls are routed during Closed Hours
- Holiday Hours - You can add the dates for Holidays and adjust the call handling for each holiday.
