Requirements:

  • Zoom App
  • Workstation or MDM Device
  • Internet Connection

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to merge calls when already in a Zoom call. Merging calls can be done when you are already in call via the Zoom Dial menu.

  • Merging Calls

Merging Calls:

  1.   You will want to begin by starting a Zoom Phone Call. Once you are in the phone call navigate to the Dial pad. You will select the "Add Call" button.

  2. Once you have selected "Add Call" you will enter the number of the other preferred contact. This will put your other call temporarily on hold.

  3. You will be able to see both calls on top of the Dial Pad. You will then merge both calls by selecting the conjoined arrows highlighted in red.

  4. Once you have selected the merge call icon, this will bring up a small Merge Call menu and you will select the other line that had been placed on hold.

    • NOTE: You cannot add a 4th line into the call. Anymore than that will need to be an actual Zoom Meeting.
