Overview:


This article will go over on how to switch calls between devices, like starting a call on your computer then continuing the call on your mobile device.

NOTE: These instructions show switching a call from the Zoom desktop client to the Zoom for Intune mobile app. These same steps can be used to switch from mobile device to the Zoom desktop client.

Switching Call Between Devices:

  1.  Make or receive a call using the Zoom desktop client or Zoom for Intune mobile app
  2.  Place the call on hold using the in-call controls. The other party will hear hold music while they are on hold.

  3. On the device that you are switching to, click or tap the Phone icon

  4. Click or tap the Lines tab to see the call have placed on hold.

  5. Click or tap the hold icon to answer and continue your call
