How to Clear Cache
Requirements:
- Microsoft Edge
- Workstation
Overview:
This will take you through the steps on how to clear Cache when you are having trouble loading a webpage
- Clearing the Cache
Clearing the Cache:

First open Microsoft Edge.
- Once opened navigate to the top right corner, where you will select the "3 Dotted" Icon. This will pull down a side menu, in which you will select the "Settings" button.
- A new window will open where you will be able to view all settings on Edge. You will navigate to the left-side menu and select the "Privacy, Search, and Services" tab. Once you are in that menu, scroll down until you see "Clear Browsing Data" there you will "Choose what to clear."

After you have selected the Choose what to clear, another pop-up will appear. You will change the time-range to All time. Then Select the following checkboxes: Cookies and other side data, Cached Images and files. It is ideal to select the "Cookies and other side data" check box but this will clear your saved passwords.
- NOTE: If you use Lastpass your passwords will be fine
- Once selected, click on "Clear Now" and restart Edge.
