Signing into ShareFile:
- Confirm that ShareFile is installed properly. If it is not installed it can be installed using Company Portal.
- Once installed, your ShareFile add-in will appear on the Home tab. Select Log in.
- On the ShareFile Login pop-up, enter your S+H email address then select Continue. Next select Sign in with Company Credentials.
Using Sharefile:
- When you are inside Outlook, you will want to start off by Confirming that you have the ShareFile Add-in Installed and are signed in.
- Once you have confirmed you are signed in properly, compose a new email.
- Your screen should look like the following where you will see the Sharefile tools in the top right corner
- Attaching files will securely share files from your computers
- Requesting Files will insert a link so that your recipient will be able to securely share files with you
- You have the ability to change the settings around Link expiration, Upload Notifications and other settings using the dropdown buttons next to each File option.
