This article will show you how to add or remove the 2-Hole punch on any document that you print on the main copiers in the mailroom.

Section 1:

  1.   When you are finishing up to print your document you need to make sure the printer is able to use the 2-Hole Punch
  2. In this case you must use either CopierA or CopierB from S+H or any other printer that has the 2-Hole punch feature
  3. When you are in the Print Preview screen, you will need to click on the "Printer Propeties"

  4. Once you click on that, a new window will appear showing you the different setting you can change on the printer. That is when you will want to navigate to the "Finishing" tab. After that look for the "Hole Punch" selection in the lower portion of the window. You will be able to see a dropdown of the different hole punch options.
  5. Finally click on the "OK" to finalize your settings change.
