  • Account hosted in Zoom Phone
  • Latest version of Zoom

Overview:


This article will walk you through accessing your phone settings on the web portal for Zoom.

These include the following

  • Accessing Phone Settings
  • Call Handling
  • Delegation 
  • Other Important Features

Accessing Phone Settings:


  1. First Open this link: Settingshttps://zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/myZoomTelephony#/my-cloud-phone/settings
    • This should open your web browser on your current device which you will be prompted to sign in. 
    • NOTE: Once signed in it may prompt you to setup a pin to access voicemail if you haven't already. Set a PIN that you WILL REMEMBER
  2. You will know you are in the correct dashboard if it looks similar to the screenshot below
  3. There are different features that you can edit within your Phone Settings on Zoom that range from Call Handling, Delegation, and many other features. I will go over a few in the steps below

Call Handling:

  1. Call Handling can be found within the phone Settings and should look like the following
  2. Here you can change your Business Hours, Closed Hours and Holiday Hours

Delegation:

  1. Once you have navigated lower into the Phone Settings you will come across Delegation
  2. Here you will be able to choose a user that can answer or make calls on your behalf 
  3. You can choose a user or common area phone number
    • NOTE: Make sure to select invite once you have chosen a user or number

Other Important Features:

  1. Voicemail Access
    • You can assign users to be able to access your voicemail
  2. Blocked List
    • You can automatically block calls without a Caller ID and view or edit your blocked list online
