Overview:
This article will walk you through accessing your phone settings on the web portal for Zoom.
These include the following
- Accessing Phone Settings
- Call Handling
- Delegation
- Other Important Features
Accessing Phone Settings:

First Open this link: Settings: https://zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/myZoomTelephony#/my-cloud-phone/settings
- This should open your web browser on your current device which you will be prompted to sign in.
- NOTE: Once signed in it may prompt you to setup a pin to access voicemail if you haven't already. Set a PIN that you WILL REMEMBER
- You will know you are in the correct dashboard if it looks similar to the screenshot below
- There are different features that you can edit within your Phone Settings on Zoom that range from Call Handling, Delegation, and many other features. I will go over a few in the steps below
Call Handling:
- Call Handling can be found within the phone Settings and should look like the following
- Here you can change your Business Hours, Closed Hours and Holiday Hours
Delegation:
- Once you have navigated lower into the Phone Settings you will come across Delegation
- Here you will be able to choose a user that can answer or make calls on your behalf

You can choose a user or common area phone number
- NOTE: Make sure to select invite once you have chosen a user or number
Other Important Features:

Voicemail Access
- You can assign users to be able to access your voicemail

Blocked List
- You can automatically block calls without a Caller ID and view or edit your blocked list online
