Overview:
This article will help users how to navigate through our scanners so that they can scan and send documents to any user in our Firm.
|NOTE! This applies to Scanners A, B and C|
Scanning and Sending:
- Start off by loading your documents onto the scanner's feeder
- On the Scanner's Console click on the home button and begin navigating to the application named "ShareScan"
- Once you are in the app you will click on "Scan to File" (If you completed Step 1 then your documents should already be in the feeder)
- A preview of how your document will appear . Once you are ready to proceed click on "Next"
- You will now choose to whom you will send your scan. You can either search up or navigate using the scroller.
- Make sure to CLICK ON the name of the user that you navigate to or search up. It should have their name in the path like below. After that you can click on "Send"
- Once you have chosen your destination and sent the scan it will ask "What would you like to do next?" This will allow you to Scan a new document, send to a new destination or be finished completely. When exiting ShareScan make sure to click on the Home Button as well so that a new user can start from the homescreen.
- You have completed your Scan!
|Note! Scans will be held in your locations for four days before they are automatically deleted|
