Requirements:

  • Firm issued account
  • Access to the firm's resources hosted in Microsoft's Office 365 services
  • An already enrolled device
  • Outlook installed and signed into your firm account

Overview:


Outlook can be used on your device to access and manage your firm contacts. They can also be synchronized from the Outlook app to your devices native contacts app. These instructions will guide you through enabling this synchronization.

Synchronizing Contacts to the Native Contacts App


  1. Open the Outlook App
  2. Open the menu by swiping from the left
  3. Tap the Gear icon to open settings
  4. Select your S&H account by tapping on it
  5. Toggle the “Save Contacts” slider

NOTE: 

  • Please be aware of the "type" of contact that you are working with. If it is a personal contact, it should be saved either to your phone or to a personal cloud service such as iCloud or Google Contacts. Work contacts should only be saved to Outlook, and only work contacts should be saved in Outlook
  • iOS/iPadOS - The contacts synced from Outlook to the Contacts app cannot be edited in the Contacts app. Any changes made there will not sync back to Outlook and will be lost the next time a sync occurs
