Overview:
When you are disposing of a device or giving it to someone else to use, the firm's resources should be securely removed from the device first. This will ensure that the device cannot be used by an unauthorized person to access firm information. This article will guide you through the process of removing the firm's device management profile from your device. Once this is done, the device will no longer be able access firm resources unless it is enrolled again.
Unenroll Your IOS Device
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on the "General" category
- Tap on "Device Management"
- Tap on the Management Profile for Smith & Howard
- Tap on "Remove Management"
- Approve any warnings that your device may show
- Your device will begin removing the firm's management profile. Once it is complete, any apps that you had previously been using to access firm resources will no longer be able to.
