Overview:
- This article will walk you through how to re-sync your computer to resolve any bad installs.
- You will need to right click on the start menu and then select settings as highlighted in red below.
- You will then see a Windows settings box pop up. Continue by selecting Accounts as highlighted in red below.
- Next, you need to select on Access work or school, and select "Connected to SHDOM AD domain" as shown below highlighted in red. Once you click on the domain two boxes will appear and continue by selecting on info as shown below.
- Once you select info you will need to select Sync as shown below highlighted in red.
