Overview:
This article includes instructions on how to access your departments group emails and group calendar.
- In the bottom left section of your Outlook you will see a group section which you will only be able to see the groups that you are put in. Format for this particular group should be 'WebConf-xxx.'
- This group is where all Zoom emails get sent to.
- In the bottom left section of your Outlook you will see you groups and you can select on your shared group.
- You can see if the account is being used by your department by checking your groups calendar and seeing if there is meeting during that time or a scheduled meeting.
