Overview:


This includes instructions on how to access the department/shared accounts and sign in.


  • Begin by accessing the LastPass badge extension in the upper right hand corner . Then select "Open my vault".



  • The account information will be located in your departments folder with this format *Shared-(your Department)-General*. Then click on the drop-down arrow. 




  • You will see the Zoom application, proceed by clicking on the wrench edit button.

           


  • You will then see the username and password you can copy and paste into the Web or the Desktop application. You can click on the eye icon to reveal the password.





  • Once you have the username and password for the shared account, proceed by signing in.

Sign in using the Zoom Desktop Application

  • Begin by opening your Zoom application to and proceed by clicking on sign in.


  • Proceed by entering your Department/Shared username and password from LastPass.


  • This will sign you in to Zoom automatically.
