Overview:


This article will walk you through signing into a personal Zoom accounts


NOTE: Our Firms custom sign page is - https://smithhoward.zoom.us/ (Zoom will sometimes will refer to this as the Vanity URL.)

Signing to Personal Accounts - This article includes instructions using your firm provided password and username


Sign in on the Web

  • Navigate to our Zoom URL ( https://smithhoward.zoom.us/ ) then click on Sign in



  • You then will be prompted to enter the Company Domain: SmithHoward



Sign in using the Zoom Desktop Application

  • Begin by opening your Zoom application to and proceed by clicking on sign in with SSO:

  • You will next be prompted to enter the Company Domain: SmithHoward: 

  • This will open our firms sign in page in our default web browser to log in. After logging in, you will see a pop up saying the site is attempting to open an application, proceed by clicking open.


  • The Zoom window should open and log in automatically. 



Sign in using the Zoom Mobile Applicaton

Download Zoom for Intune on IOS or Android:




Open Zoom and Sign-in with SSO

  • Tap on SSO (single sign-on) 



  • Proceed by entering smithhoward in the company domain 


You will then be prompted to sign into your Smith+ Howard account: 



Once signed in, you will be prompted to launch your Zoom Workplace for Intune app:
