Overview:
This article will walk you through addressing the issue of Turbo asking for a Sign In when attempting to open a planner.
Installing new version of Turbo client (version 19.9)
NOTE: It is recommended to run BNA ITWeb from Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer as it is more stable, runs more quickly, and has fewer issues.
- Go to L:\IT_Helpdesk\Installs-Updates\Turbo and run Turbo Plugin

Installer will close by itself when it's done
Opening a plan
1. Select a plan to open
2. The browser will ask to open Turbo.net for PC
3. Another window will pop up, select Trust all applications from this source and click Run
NOTE: After performing the above, another pop up may appear, asking for sign in credentials, make sure to select "Sign in as anonymous user" and it should auto-populate with https://turbohub2020a.bnaitweb.com then click Sign In
4. After that Turbo will begin opening the planner
