Cancelling a Reservation


1. Log into the Cloudbooking portal (website or mobile application)




2. Click on the My Bookings option on the left side


   


3. Select the booking you would like to cancel


   


4. Choose Delete (in RED) from the left side


    


5. Confirm that you wish to delete the booking


   


6. You will receive a confirmation email
