This article will walk you through booking an office by Website, mobile app, and through Outlook.

Booking a Desk using Website
1. Log into the website- https://smithhoward.cloudbooking.com/SSO/Login.aspx
using your network username (email address)
2. On the left-hand menu click the Desks menu option:
3. You will default to a map view, but can change to a listing view if you prefer (table icon under View)
4. You can choose your day via the Calendar symbol to view which desks are available highlighted in the Red square. You can then adjust the time range via the dropdowns highlighted in Yellow square below.
NOTE: Desks with a red circle are unavailable and desk with green circles are available for the day and time chosen by you.
5. Once you choose a desk, a popup will appear. In which you can fill the exact booking date and time, as well as make it an all day booking, highlighted in green. You can also make your booking a repeating pattern using the repeat labeled symbol highlighted in red.
6. Click SAVE to book your desk
7. You will receive an email that confirms your booking and you can use the calendar invite to add it to your calendar.
Booking a Desk using Outlook
1. First make sure you have the Cloudbooking add-in installed for Outlook. You can verify by checking the "Cloudbooking" tab on your top ribbon.
2. Once verified please make sure you are signed in by checking the Cloudbooking settings signaled by the arrow in the screenshot above. A pop-up will appear in which you will make sure you it is filled with your own credentials.
3. You can finally book a desk when you are making either an appoint or meeting within the calendar section of Outlook. Once you are are composing a meeting/appointment you will be able to select the "Cloudbooking" icon from the ribbon shown below.
4. You will then be able to select a Room or Desk depending on what is available within the time range you choose. Select a room/desk which will be highlighted in blue and then click on Book to finalize your settings.
- Time will be in Military Time
- Make sure your TimeZone is Eastern Standard Time
- The Service dropdown indicates either if you want to book a desk or room
- The available rooms or desks will be shown in a list view only
5. Once you book another popup will appear and you will revise your settings and can choose to repeat the booking via the "Repeat" symbol highlighted in red.
6. You will receive an email confirmation and can exit out the drafted meeting or save.
