Overview:

This article will walk you through clearing the cache and cookies in Internet Explorer.


NOTE: You should log out and close any sites that you're using at the time, such as Prostaff, GoFileRoom, GoSystemTax, etc.


1. In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button (gear icon in the top right), select Safety, and then select Delete browsing history.


     


2.  Make sure only Temporary Internet Files and website files and Cookie and website data are selected, and then select Delete.


     


3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
