Requirements:

• Firm issued computer
• Bluetooth enabled device

1. Take a look at your device's user guide to familiarize yourself with the device and how to enable pairing mode 

2. Click the link on Connecting To Bluetooth on Windows 10

3. Follow the instructions under the To connect a Bluetooth keyboard, mouse, or other device section

4. Refer back to your device's user guide to determine if there is any other configuration needed to be done

5. Once done you should be to use your device in the intended way.

Troubleshooting

1. If your bluetooth device requires batteries, change those first before going through any other troubleshooting steps

NOTE: If your device use rechargeable batteries, make sure the device is charged
