Systems Maintenance – 12/19/25 @ 7:00PM ET – 12/20/25 @ 7:00AM ET – All systems will be unavailable, except Synexus systems:

  • All network drives including I:, J:, K:, L:, P:, Q:, and R: (OneDrive and CaseWare SmartSync local files will not be affected)
  • Practice Engine, Practice CS Remote
  • In office Internet, Wi-Fi, and remote VPN access
  • Printing, scan to email, and the scanner stations
  • Outlook, Mobile Email, Webmail, Inbound Email (held by Mimecast), and Outbound email (delayed until after maintenance is completed)
  • Sharefile, and all Office 365 services will be unavailable for login
  • Phones and voicemail
