Requirements:

  • Smith & Howard issued Dell XPS
  • Dell Premium Active Pen  (PN579X)

1. Open the attachment below (pn579x-SH_Setup) to familiarize yourself with the Dell Pen and how to enable pairing mode

2. Click the link on Connecting To Bluetooth on Windows 10


3. Follow the instructions under the To connect a Bluetooth keyboard, mouse, or other device section


4. Continue reading the attached document (pn579x-SH_Setup) to finish the necessary configuration of the pen


Note: Smith & Howard use the Dell Pens on AES mode


5. Once done you should be able to move the cursor on the screen and select files, apps, etc
