Overview:
This article will walk you through correcting a logon or authentication issue with Mimecast in Outlook
Resolving Mimecast for Outlook Authentication Problems:
- Open Outlook
- Click on the Mimecast tab in the ribbon bar
- Click on the Account Settings button
- A new Mimecast for Outlook window will open to Authentication Settings
- Click on the FIX button to the right of Domain Authentication
- Enter your current Windows/ Network password and click Submit/Save
- Close the Mimecast for Outlook window
- Mimecast should now be working
