Automatic Sign On
One of the features of the new desktop setup is that for some systems and sites we have been able to enable automatic sign on, also known as Single Sign On. For most sites, you will at most need to enter your Smith & Howard email address. This means you will no longer need to keep track of a password for these sites as your windows password is all that will be required. We are working to add more sites and systems over the coming months but for now the ones that are currently enabled are:
- Microsoft Office 365: https://portal.office.com/
- ShareFile: https://smith-howard.sharefile.com/
- LastPass: https://www.lastpass.com/ (your username is your email, your password is your windows password)
- HelpDesk: https://helpdesk.smith-howard.com/
- Mimecast: https://login-us.mimecast.com/u/login/
- KnowBe4: https://training.knowbe4.com/login
On occasion, or when accessing these sites from outside the firm you will get a custom logon page for the Firm. This page looks like the one here: https://shfs.smith-howard.com/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.aspx
It will contain the firm logo, the view from the main conference room, and you will need to put in your firm Email Address and Windows Password.
