- Navigate to BNA Fixed Assets Desktop Pro in the Start menu.
- Right click on BNA Fixed Assets Desktop Pro and navigate to More. Left click Open file location

You will now see a folder with an icon that looks like the image below. Right click the icon and left click Properties.

Navigate to the Compatibility tab. Locate "Compatibility mode" and tick the checkbox to Run this program in compatibility mode. In the drop down menu below this option, select Windows 8. Left click Apply and OK.
