When you delete a voicemail message, the Cisco system will place it in the deleted items folder and after 14 days, it will
permanently purge the message. It’s similar to Outlook Deleted Items; when you delete a message, the system still gives
you time to recover the message before it permanently purges the message.
A quick way to empty your voicemail is to use Jabber.
1. In Jabber, click the Voice Messages button to view your current voicemails.
2. Change the Type (upper right of Jabber voice messages window) to Deleted to see only messages you have
deleted.
3. You can right-click on each voicemail individually or to select all the messages, press the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the first message then scroll down and click on the last message.
4. Right-click and choose Delete Permanently.
5. Click Yes in the popup window.
